The gravestone displays a Medusa style head. The Soule carvers of Plymouth and Nathaniel Fuller of Plymouth carved Medusa style stones.

The left photo was taken about 2000. The right photo which was supplied by Kevin Murphy August 2008 shows serious deterioration of the gravestone.
