MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 16" W, 26" H, 2" D

FOOTSTONE - 9" W, 14" H, 1" D

CONDITION - vertical crack, lichen growth

COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied in 1977. Headstone and footstone cleaned and reset December 2001. Headstone cleaned October 2004.
