The gravestone displays a lightly inscribed urn and willow.

LOCATION - No. SE 87 on EHS 1976 survey map
MATERIAL - slate
HEADSTONE - 16" W, 27" H, 2" D
FOOTSTONE - 9" W, 13" H, 1" D
CONDITION - diagonal crack in headstone, lichen growth
COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied about 1977. Footstone cleaned and reset July 2001. Headstone cleaned September 2005. Headstone and footstone cleaned May 2009.
