The gravestone displays a lightly inscribed urn and willow.

MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 15" W, 31" H, 3" D

FOOTSTONE - fragments buried behind headstone

CONDITION - Headstone cracked and face delaminated.

COMMENTS - Headstone back and edges encased in resin bonded fiberglass applied about 1977. Remaining fragments from the footstone were buried directly behind the headstone in 2002. Headstone cleaned October 2004.
