The headstone displays crossed bones over a winged skull. A very unusual feature is the two additional bones lying at the base of the tympanum for a total of four bones. Two crossed bones on a headstone are common but four bones are rare.

MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 20" W, 21" H, 3" D

FOOTSTONE - none

CONDITION - diagonal crack, right edge of tympanum missing

COMMENTS - Headstone cleaned and reset July 2000.
