MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 19" W, 23" H, 2" D

FOOTSTONE - 12" W, 12" H, 1" D

CONDITION -

COMMENTS - The headstone is set in a concrete base. A major crack developed which split the front from the back. A repair made in 2001 failed. In October 2007 the loose mortar applied in 2001 was removed. New mortar was applied to fill the large crack.
