HEADSTONE - 12" W, 14" H, 2" D

FOOTSTONE - 12" W, 14" H, 2" D

CONDITION - cracks, delamination

COMMENTS - Headstone and footstone cleaned and reset November 2001. Headstone cleaned September 2004. In October 2007 the headstone was excavated and the fiberglass backing was removed. Mortar was applied to all voids and cracks on the front and back. The stone was cleaned and reset.
