This gravestone is one of the earliest dated winged heads on Cape Cod. It is carved in the style of William Grant or Nathaniel Emmes of Boston. The top right photo shows the headstone with the footstone in the background. The bottom right photo shows the footstone which displays a winged skull with the headstone in the background.
