LOCATION - No. NW 5 on EHS 1976 survey map

MATERIAL - slate

HEADSTONE - 17" W, 27" H, 2" D

FOOTSTONE - 12" W, 18" H, 1" D (entire stone)

CONDITION - lichen growth

COMMENTS - Footstone broken and delaminated with no inscription. Footstone fragment cleaned and reset July 2002. Headstone cleaned September 2004.
