MATERIAL - slate
HEADSTONE - 17" W, 25" H, 2" D
FOOTSTONE - 11" W, 11" H, 2" D
CONDITION -
COMMENTS - Headstone and footstone cleaned and reset in 2001. In October 2007 mortar was applied to fill a large void in the footstone.
