The gravestone displays a winged head with an interesting tympanum decoration. See Dorcas Shaw (1797) and Philander Shaw (1800) both in Eastham Bridge Road Cemetery for similar gravestones. The gravestone is carved in the style of Bildad Washburn of Kingston.
